Ongoing advice for leadership decisions, conversations, and working relationships.

Bring a decision, a difficult conversation, or competing needs you have to work through. Regular sessions and feedback between meetings help you prepare, try an approach, and review what happened.

What is included

  • Two 60-minute advisory sessions each month.
  • One 30-minute preparation session each month.
  • Up to four short document or audio reviews each month. Each covers up to two pages or five minutes of audio. Replies are normally within two business days.
  • A short written summary of the advice and next steps, plus an end-of-term summary.

Add feedback from your meetings

$3,500/month total · 3-month minimum · $10,500 initial total

Leadership Advisory + Meeting Feedback includes the base service, with these monthly additions:

  • Up to two 60-minute meeting observations.
  • Up to eight short document or audio reviews in total, replacing the base allowance of four. The same size and response-time limits apply.
  • One 30-minute coordination call with your sponsor or chief of staff.

Scope and limits

No emergency or on-call coverage, unlimited access, or extensive drafting. We agree meeting observations and reporting in advance. Additional access is quoted separately.
