ERG Studio focuses on how the program works: governance, sponsor support, resources, and planning. Leadership support focuses on the people leading it: feedback, working relationships, decisions, and development. We discuss which you need rather than assume you need both.

Yes. Coaching & Thought Partnership is available to individuals without employer sponsorship. You can book one session without a package or ongoing commitment. We confirm the fee before booking.

We agree on the format, location, and schedule before starting. Any travel or venue costs need your approval and are quoted separately.

No. The ERG Operating Model Build needs an existing diagnostic or a clearly understood problem, but you do not have to buy our diagnostic. We agree what information is needed before starting.

We discuss the situation, who is involved, and your timing. If the work is a fit, we confirm the scope and fee in writing. The conversation does not commit you to a purchase.

Each displayed amount covers the scope on that service page. Additional or customized work is scoped and quoted separately and agreed in writing before starting. Founding-rate eligibility is explained below.

These introductory rates apply to the first three contracts for ERG Portfolio Diagnostic, ERG Operating Model Build, Fractional ERG Office, Presence Scan, Presence Lab, or Leadership Advisory, with one qualifying contract per organization. They also apply to the first five paid Decision Sessions or Practice Labs combined. Coaching is priced separately. We confirm availability before you book.

For monthly advisory services, founding fees cover the initial three-month term only. Future quotes and renewals may differ. Signed fees and deliverables stay unchanged unless both parties agree otherwise.

Feedback is welcome. Testimonials, use of your logo, and case studies are optional and need separate permission. A positive review is not required.

Decision Sessions: payment in full to reserve the date.

Other fixed-fee projects below $25,000: 50% when you sign and 50% before final delivery.

Projects of $25,000 or more: 40% when you sign, 30% at the midpoint, and 30% before final delivery.

Monthly advisory services are billed in advance each month. Any exception is agreed in writing.

We agree on confidentiality, data handling, and any employer reporting before starting. For ERG interviews and individual leadership feedback, sponsors do not receive raw notes or comments linked to individual people.

Extra interviews, regions, languages, documents, sessions, revisions, outputs, or adviser access need written approval of the work and fee. Optional travel also needs prior approval and is charged separately.

We agree on confidentiality, reporting, data handling, scheduling, and cancellation before starting. Your agreement sets internal-use rights for custom materials. Existing methods and templates remain with their owners.
