When you contact us

Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. Your organization is optional. We also record the submission time, a reference number, and notification status so we can manage the inquiry.

We use this information to understand what you need, respond, manage follow-up, and protect the form from spam. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or book a service.

Please leave out confidential employee information, sensitive case details, and information you do not have permission to share.

Where your inquiry goes

Inquiries are saved in a private Google Workspace tracker, and email notifications go to MakeGood’s founders. Google’s services process and store this information for us. Your submission is not published on this website or in its public code repository.

If you contact us by email instead, your message and email address become part of that email conversation.

Your information and your choices

Inquiry records remain in our private tracker and related email unless removed; they do not expire automatically. Email info@makegoodco.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion.

This notice covers website inquiries. Any client engagement may have separate confidentiality and information-handling terms, agreed before the work begins.

Website hosting and fonts

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages and uses Google Fonts. Your browser connects to those providers to load the site, and they receive technical information about those requests. GitHub logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes.
