What is included

  • Six confidential interviews with people who work with you, each lasting up to 45 minutes.
  • A private leadership feedback profile and a summary of recurring themes for one leader in one agreed setting.
  • One 90-minute feedback discussion and a plan for the next 60 days.
  • A 30-minute follow-up at day 60 and one round of factual corrections.

Scope and limits

This is not a clinical assessment, a validated 360-degree survey, or a performance rating. We agree any employer reporting before starting. Sponsors do not receive interview notes or comments linked to individual people.
