Team workshops and working agreements

Three workshops to help your leadership team build trust and work better together.

For an existing leadership or sponsor team working on communication, decisions, inclusion, disagreements, or trust. We connect shared goals with team agreements and practices that make it easier for people to contribute.

What is included

An intake with the sponsor and up to four 30-minute interviews.
A written summary of team feedback and three two-hour guided workshops.
Written team agreements, guidelines for communication and decision-making, and a 90-day implementation plan.
One round of revisions based on combined feedback and a 60-minute follow-up around 45 days after the last workshop.

Scope and limits

One team of up to 12 participants. Complex active conflict, larger teams, or additional groups need a different scope. This is not therapy, an investigation, or formal conflict resolution.
