What is included

One 60-minute program review and two 45-minute working sessions each month.
Two 60-minute office-hour sessions and up to four short requests each month. We agree request size before signing. Replies are normally within two business days.
Help with priorities, planning, and how decisions are made, plus a record of ERG program decisions.
An end-of-term summary for leadership, including a recommendation about handing off or continuing the work.

Scope and limits

One operating priority at a time. Your organization needs an internal program owner and administrative support. No daily administration, event production, full-time coverage, new operating-model build, or open-ended implementation.
