ERG Studio

ERG Portfolio Diagnostic

Understand what your employee community needs and where support is falling short.

For organizations with unclear employee resource group (ERG) responsibilities, inconsistent practices, or overloaded leaders. We listen to employee and leader experiences and review sponsorship, resources, and participation to identify what helps people contribute and what gets in the way.

Within the agreed scope, we examine how experiences differ across locations, where a common approach is helping, and where local needs call for something different.

What is included

  • A kickoff, eight confidential interviews of up to 45 minutes, and a review of up to 75 pages.
  • One 90-minute presentation to leadership and one round of factual corrections.
  • A review of current ERG practices, a map of responsibilities and decisions, and a summary of sponsor and ERG-leader experiences.
  • Prioritized risks and opportunities, recommendations for leadership, and a 90-day action plan. These six outputs may be combined in one report.

Scope and limits

The review covers one organization and its agreed set of ERGs. We identify which regions are represented and where information is missing. Extra interviews, regions, or documents require a separate agreement. Implementation, legal audits, investigations, and event production are not included. Your team provides a sponsor, a project lead, timely access to people and materials, and owners for follow-up actions.
