For an organization or employee resource group (ERG) choosing between specific options. We review your materials before the session and help you weigh the options.

What is included

  • A short intake and review of up to 10 pages sent in advance.
  • One 90-minute online working session for up to four client participants.
  • A two-page brief with a recommendation and next steps.
  • One round of factual corrections.

Scope and limits

No interviews with colleagues, broader program review, custom research, or implementation. Payment in full reserves the date. We may recommend no further work.
